styleMagic Consultant
who is experienced in in helping new home buyers to choose the fixtures and décor options for their dream home.
Key Deliverables:
• Assist the customer in navigating all interior selections and upgrades available to them in their new home
• Provide current advice on interior design options
• Work with customers with a wide variety of personalities and backgrounds
• Maintain strong product knowledge for the most commonly selected options available to Jayman customers
• Maintain clear lines of communication with customers, suppliers, sales team, and other corporate departments.
• Enter all selections into customer database, and ensure all choices are accurately recorded on a timely basis
• Work with estimating team to provide pricing for customer requested upgrades
Essential Relevant Experience:
• Formal design or decorating designation, diploma or related experience
• Experience in entry-level and mid-market housing
• Intermediate knowledge of blueprint reading
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite of products
• Good organizational skills and ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Professional appearance and superior customer relations skills
Location: This position will support, and be located in our Calgary office, and will require the successful candidate to work some evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
